the falls, zimbabwe

i stole these photos from my friend carter's blog.
he is out travelling the world via london.
my heart skipped a beat when i saw victoria falls. 
i never knew i wanted to go to zimbabwe, but now i do.
would anyone else like to dream about going with me???

exciting pop up gallery by showpaper has kept us entertained over the past few months.  last show finished opened jan 6th.  a project curated by the genius of jesse hlebo and grant willing.  they out do, they out did. 

my first snow this winter

as per usual i missed the monster blizzard of the year, of the past few decades really.  but last night i got a sweet little snow storm. watched the big flakes pile up from the comforts of small sushi bar right next to work. wasted away a couple hours with a few of my favorite things friends, beers and gyozas.
went to sleep with this... woke up to this...
