dropped tracy and charlie off at grand central
they would catch their train back to yonkers,
and the next day head back home to the west...

lil frankies is always super yummy:)
it was crisp and clear and a good day for a walk
a few noteable changes in my life
the east river promenade is complete
and whole foods finally has bulk bins
sometimes i wish i could live in the ford foundation garden
it's a little tropical paradise
look the new promenade!
not too many people at the track, but it hit near 50 later in the day...
